After making a thorough assessment and lots of observations, [Ludwig] gave me very well thought out and useful written advice, with really good links to the internet for extra detail. I feel very much more confident about going ahead with my project now than I did before his visit, especially knowing that I can call on his wide experience and knowledge, as it is needed.
