Join our learning day!

Thanks to funding from the Permaculture Association we are running a learning day at Rubha Phoil.  The first part of the day will delve into rhododendron removal. The second part of the day will be a walk and talk around Rubha Phoil where you will learn about lichens and bryophytes – we believe to have around 100 on the site. If you want to know your tree lungwort from your hornwort come along.

Participants will get tea, coffee and lunch as well as get to take home a number of lichen and bryophyte identification booklets, kindly donated by PlantLife.

Who is the event for?  We wish for anyone with an interest to come along whether you are a land owner, permaculture enthusiast, someone who wants to learn about natural species removal as well as those who are interested in plants and biodiversity.

How to book:  Participation is free but spaces are limited to 30 people, so please register as soon as possible.
